Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide front-line support via live chat, email and phone
  • Build strong, friendly customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Work with customers from initial enquiry all the way through to funding school fees
  • Resolve problems and explain the best solutions to solve customer enquiries and follow up to ensure a positive resolution
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our service offering
  • Liaise with the leadership team to continuously improve our offering
  • Work closely with our credit and operations team to provide the best possible outcome for each family

As a Customer Success Associate, we are looking for:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Compassion, patience and experience in chatting to parents
  • Experience in a similar support or customer-facing role
  • Motivated self-starter who can juggle multiple responsibilities and large volumes
In addition, experience in the following areas would be considered a bonus:
  • Finance, payments, or education sectors
  • Marketing and design
