Edstart Plus offers the flexibility for you to tailor payments to suit your needs, including the ability to choose the frequency, method and the preferred day when payments are made. You can also easily adjust payments at any time if there are changes to your circumstances.

There are no fees or charges for using Edstart Plus for your fee payments. However, a surcharge may apply for some payment methods like credit cards to offset the merchant fee incurred by Edstart.

Once your Edstart account is open, you can adjust your payments at any time via our online Customer Portal or by contacting our Family Support team on 1300 139 445.
