The school

Established in 1985 by the Taree Baptist Church, MidCoast Christian College has been a leading educational institution in the region since its inception.

Providing a full K-12 education, the school has committed to delivering quality education while instructing its students based on core values of communication, empathy, and understanding.

The partnership

MidCoast Christian College launched their partnership with Edstart at the end of 2020. Many families were economically impacted by lockdown and restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which saw greater delays and inconsistencies in the school fee payments and affected the capacity of the College to effectively budget across the school year.


At times, this meant uncomfortable conversations with parents and less hours were available to allocate to important tasks in enrolments and operations.


By implementing Edstart Plus, our full fee management solution, we were able to help improve the College's cash flow by providing upfront payments to the school every term while offering the added flexibility of weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments to parents.


With a seamless onboarding process, the College has benefited from regular check-ins and support from the Edstart team.
